Treated soils are field and laboratory tested to verify that residual petroleum concentration meet NYS DEC Soil Cleanup Objectives for unrestricted use prior to removal from the biopad. Treated soils are used or sold for off-site reuse a backfill only at commerical or industrial use sites.
